A reinforced concrete curb supports a utility yard screen fence mounted atop the footing. The concrete curb features a height of one foot four inches with a varying height per civil drawings and a six-inch maximum exposure, resting on a compacted base with a four-inch sub-base layer. The curb profile includes a ten-inch top width, a one-foot one-inch bottom width, and edge radiuses of one-half inch at planting beds and one-quarter inch at adjacent paving. Reinforcement consists of two continuous number four rebar longitudinal bars tied with number three ties spaced at thirty-six inches on center.
