An irrigation mainline consisting of a PVC Schedule 40 pipe with Schedule 80 fittings is installed at a minimum depth of twenty-four inches within a bed of eight cubic feet of three-quarter-inch drain rock wrapped in filter fabric. A manual drain valve, featuring a Champion three-quarter-inch model 100 SV brass inline valve with a rising stem, ninety-degree Marlex street ell, and Schedule 80 nipple, is connected to the mainline. A mainline king drain is positioned at a forty-five-degree angle per manufacturer specifications. The assembly is enclosed within a six-inch non-perforated ADS sleeve, extending twenty-four inches minimum with a three-inch notch for the manual drain sleeve detail. Continuous detectable warning tape is placed twelve inches above the mainline. Backfill around the pipe consists of decomposed granite fine or SP sand, topped with gravel backfill and a four-inch depth of mulch at the surface. A ten-inch diameter round utility box with a non-potable purple, bolt-down lid labeled 'IRRIGATION' is set flush with the grade, providing a three-inch clearance between the lid and the sleeve.
