A pop-up irrigation spray head is mounted at finish grade with the top set one inch above the surrounding soil. The head connects downward to a series of two-inch long polyvinyl chloride nipples and polyvinyl chloride elbows that provide vertical and horizontal offset adjustments. A polyvinyl chloride nipple of length as required connects the lower elbow assembly back to the main lateral water supply line.
