A PVC lateral line is routed around the rootball and kept clear of the root mass itself. Schedule 40 PVC fittings connect the lateral line to one-half-inch Salco UV resistant PVC flexible hose. The flexible hose rises to finish grade and connects to a tree bubbler via a one-half-inch Schedule 80 gray male adapter. Nine-gauge tubing stakes secure the hose assembly in place.
