A master remote control valve is plumbed inline on a PVC mainline originating from a backflow preventer and continuing to a flow sensor. The valve connects to the PVC piping using two schedule 80 PVC nipples, two schedule 80 unions with female iron pipe threads, and two schedule 80 PVC male adapters. Wall-mounted pipe supports and clamps are installed on the PVC mainline on each side of the valve to secure the assembly. Waterproof wire connectors join the control wiring to the valve solenoid.
