A ten-inch diameter valve box houses a coiled run of twenty-four to thirty inches of half-inch drip tubing and an insert ball valve connected to incoming and outgoing half-inch drip tubing lines. The valve box rests upon a four-inch thick layer of washed gravel bed that remains excluded from the interior of the box.
