A vertical pipe passes through a finished floor slab inside a steel pipe sleeve filled with safing insulation. The pipe is supported by a riser clamp secured with threaded rods anchored to floor supports resting on the finished floor. Optional pipe insulation surrounds the upper section of the pipe.
