A matching wood plug conceals the fastener at the top surface. The cap assembly ties into vertical 2x6 pressure-treated intermediate supports using an L-bracket connection, maintaining a typical one-eighth inch joint spacing. Exterior faces are clad with FSC 100% hardwood Cumaru one-inch by 2.8-inch wood slats.
