A galvanized chain link fence assembly is anchored into concrete footings measuring three feet six inches deep with a maximum eight-foot-zero-inch on-center spacing. The system features 3-1/2-inch outside diameter galvanized fence line posts and 4-inch outside diameter end posts fitted with standard dome caps and a barbed wire support arm carrying three lines of barbed wire. A 1-7/8-inch outside diameter galvanized steel top rail and a bottom rail positioned a maximum of 2 inches from the finish grade frame the 6-foot-tall, 9-gauge vinyl-coated galvanized steel fence fabric with 2-inch mesh. Tension bar bands spaced at 12 inches on center secure the fabric to the end posts, while wire ties spaced at 12 inches on center fasten the fabric to the top rail, and a coupling expansion joint accommodates movement along the top rail run.
