A 100 percent FSC hardwood top seat bears on welded stainless steel top plates supported by stainless steel leg assemblies. The stainless steel leg plates anchor to concrete curbs using threaded stainless steel rods. A linear LED light is integrated beneath the top seat. The concrete curbs bear over rigid insulation and waterproofing membranes layered above the structural slab. Concrete unit pavers rest on pedestals adjacent to the curb assembly.
