A shrub bubbler connects to a polyvinyl chloride lateral line using a half-inch schedule forty PVC tee and a half-inch ultraviolet resistant PVC flexible hose. A half-inch schedule eighty male adapter connects the flexible hose to the bubbler head. A nine-gauge tubing stake secures the hose near finish grade. The bubbler is positioned on the uphill side of the shrub.
