A poured-in-place rubber playground surfacing system designated as Super-7 by Surface America. The assembly consists of a four-and-one-sixteenth-inch wearing course and bonded rubber impact layer over a two-and-one-sixteenth-inch skim-coated concrete layer. The concrete rests on a six-inch compacted aggregate base, supported by subgrade prepared per geotechnical recommendations. Playground safety surface depth is subject to fall height requirements. Certification showing compliance with ASTM 1292 is required prior to installation, with post-installation testing also mandated.
