A flow-through planter is installed on an adjustable pedestal system over a roof assembly. The Tournesol flow-through planter sits on pedestal pavers supported by adjustable pedestals resting on the structural roof system. The planter contains bioretention media, embedded reinforcement in the side walls, gravel or stone water storage, and a FRP grating with a central domed riser providing positive overflow to the stormwater system. A separate reference detail features a Bok Modern windscreen assembly featuring a twelve to eighteen inch plexi or glass windscreen, a slab bar top, panel system, knife blade brackets, half-inch stainless steel bolt assemblies, and a non-mounted base plate on the top of the hardscape surface.
