This green roof assembly sits atop a structural waterproofing and roofing system with a soil profile varying to a four-inch minimum. A drainboard with integrated filter fabric overlays the waterproofing membrane to manage sub-surface water. A four-inch minimum subsurface dripline is buried three inches below the finished soil surface. Lightweight growing medium fills the upper portion of the profile per project specifications.
