A bike rack is anchored into a concrete paving slab and a twelve-inch diameter by one-foot-six-inch deep concrete footing. Three-eighth-inch anchor rods secure the bike rack per the manufacturer recommendations. The assembly sits atop base material and a compacted subgrade sized per the materials plan.
