A square cast-in-place concrete collar surrounds a one-foot diameter cleanout lid and frame for a plaza deck drain below. The concrete collar features a six-inch width extending outward from the edge of the lid in plan view. The section view shows the collar set at approximately four inches in depth relative to the finished floor elevation of the installed plant area.
