Concrete paving features a 3/16 inch sawcut construction joint to match the appearance of sawcut control joints. A doweled joint with expansion joint filler is set within the concrete slab over a compacted aggregate base and subgrade. Reinforcement requirements are per geotechnical engineer documents, and specifications follow landscape standards.
