Planting beds are prepared with eighteen inches minimum native soil and amended topsoil mix to the specified depth. Container-grown plants are removed from their containers and installed with the crown set one inch above the finish grade. Plants are laid out in equidistant triangular spacing relative to the edge of the planting area. The surface is finished with organic mulch at the specified depth.
