A split-face stone retaining wall features stone units with saw-cut non-exposed sides set with three-sixteenth-inch joints filled with grout. The wall is bounded by an adjacent paving surface at the base and a planting area at the top with a level grade minimum of one foot zero inches. An expansion joint is provided per specifications with a maximum height of thirty inches. Vertical and horizontal dimensions establish the wall height and planting area setback.
