This irrigation assembly features two R8-1404 bubblers positioned above the root ball, with a minimum of two bubblers per tree depending on size. The system utilizes one-half inch iron pipe size flexible schedule 40 polyvinyl chloride hose, anchored with wire staple pins and connected to the main irrigation lateral line via a one-half inch threaded side outlet polyvinyl chloride schedule 40 tee or ell. Each connection uses a one-half inch polyvinyl chloride schedule 40 male adapter secured with Weldon 2795 glue. The root ball is set on undisturbed soil, with the top of the root ball placed one inch above finish grade to account for soil settlement. A watering berm is constructed around the perimeter, and the lateral line is buried with a minimum of 12 inches of cover.
