A guardrail post is cast directly into a cast-in-place concrete retaining wall, with core-drilling explicitly prohibited per project notes. The post extends three feet six inches above the top of the wall. The retaining wall features a twelve-inch thickness centered on the post alignment. Finish grade is established per civil plans adjacent to the wall structure.
