A reinforced concrete curb is set upon a compacted aggregate base and compacted subgrade. The curb features two continuous number four rebars and number three ties spaced at thirty-six inches on center. Adjacent paving abuts one side of the curb over a six-inch compacted aggregate base, while adjacent planting abuts the opposite side. The top corner of the curb is detailed with a half-inch radius.
