Cast-in-place concrete paving is reinforced with number four bars at sixteen inches on center and features a sand-blasted finish. The concrete slab rests on a compacted aggregate base built to city standards. The base layer is supported by compacted fill or undisturbed subgrade per city standard. Finish grade is established per grading plans.
