A 1.90-inch outside diameter Schedule 40 Grade 316 stainless steel pipe rail assembly features 1/4-inch radius corners and a low rail designed to resist two hundred fifty pounds of lateral force. The rail is set into three-and-a-half-inch diameter by nine-inch Grade 316 stainless steel pipe sleeves equipped with welded one-eighth-inch bottom plates. Non-shrink grout is placed all around the pipe inside the sleeve. The assembly anchors into a reinforced concrete footing measuring eighteen inches wide by two feet six inches long by twelve inches thick minimum, containing two number four bottom reinforcing bars each way with three inches of clearance.
