An interior swinging door frame is anchored to a four and one-half inch partition wall finished with gypsum board as scheduled. A continuous bead of silicone sealant over a backer rod is applied to each side of the frame junction. Metal corner beads finish the wall edges, and a vapor retarder is installed as occurs within the stud cavity. The door and frame are installed as scheduled with locations referenced on the floor plans.
