A potable water line runs above a constant pressure reclaimed water line. The reclaimed water line is centered within a protective sleeve per specifications, maintaining a minimum clearance of twelve inches below the potable water line. Both the sleeve and crossing zone extend a minimum of ten feet on either side for a total minimum length of twenty feet, positioned below finish grade.
