A bubbler nozzle connects to a polyvinyl chloride slip-thread adapter at the top of a half-inch Iron Pipe Size flexible hose. The flexible hose is joined with polyvinyl chloride flex glue and primer to a polyvinyl chloride lateral line using another slip-thread adapter. The bubbler assembly extends three inches above the finished grade within a water well adjacent to a root ball. The lateral line is positioned twelve inches below the finished grade.
