An underground drip irrigation valve assembly is housed within a standard valve box with cover set flush to the finish grade and top of mulch. The system connects to a mainline pipe via PVC schedule 40 fittings, a tee or ell, and PVC schedule 80 nipples leading up to a drip remote control valve and a pressure regulating quick check basket filter. Waterproof connections join a thirty-inch linear length of coiled wire to an ID tag. The entire assembly rests upon a three-inch minimum depth of three-quarter-inch washed gravel bed before transitioning to the lateral pipe.
