Concrete paving abuts a landscape bed consisting of bark or stone mulch placed over a weed barrier fabric, all supported by a compacted or undisturbed sub-grade. The mulch level is held down one inch from the top of the concrete paving, walks, and pads. The weed barrier fabric type is selected per the plant schedule.
