This assembly consists of an eighteen gauge type three hundred sixteen stainless steel capture hood with a dome connected to a stainless steel telescopic extension arm, secured with stainless steel clamping collars. A flexible exhaust duct connects the assembly to the exhaust duct provided under division twenty-three through a painted steel escutcheon at the suspended ceiling. A wall attachment bracket secures the unit laterally. The snorkel requires coordination with installed equipment to maintain proper height above the table surface or finished floor.
