A stainless steel pipe bike rack is embedded into a reinforced cast-in-place concrete footing and paving assembly. The rack is fabricated from 5/16-inch thick stainless steel pipe with a number 4 brush finish. The concrete footing incorporates number 4 top and bottom longitudinal reinforcing bars with hooks at the ends, along with number 4 stirrups spaced at 12 inches on center. Two-inch concrete cover is provided typically unless noted otherwise.
