An eighteen gauge sheet metal escutcheon plate is painted to match the supporting Unistrut and secured with self-tapping machine screws directly to the vertical Unistrut channels. The overall plate measures five inches wide by seven and one-half inches high, with two-inch top and bottom clearances to adjacent penetrations. The assembly is detailed with pre-drilled holes to accommodate piping or electrical conduits as required in the field. The plan view and isometric projection illustrate the spatial relationship between the slotted channel framing, the face plate, and the vertical utility penetrations.
