Double cold-formed steel studs are positioned per plan over a continuous bottom track resting on a concrete slab. A 2x2x16 gauge steel angle measuring four inches long is attached to each side of the studs using two number 10 sheet metal screws. The assembly is anchored to the concrete slab using three-eighths inch diameter adhesive anchors with a four-inch embedment depth.
