A poured-in-place concrete retaining seatwall features a sloped top surface and a half-inch tooled radius edge. A skateboard deterrent reveal measuring one inch by two inches is integrated into the top face of the wall at three-foot intervals along the hardscape side. The wall rests on a concrete footing supported by compacted grade and aggregate base, with waterproofing applied to the retained soil side. Expansion joints are provided, and planting medium abuts the rear of the wall.
