The stainless steel pipe bicycle rack features a number four brush finish and is embedded into a concrete paving assembly. The round loop member has a width of three feet and stands two feet seven and one-quarter inches above the finished paving surface. The pipe anchors extend down into a concrete footing below the paving layers, secured with transverse pins or dowels. The surrounding base includes nine inches of concrete paving over sub-base layers.
