An irrigation drip line termination assembly is housed within a ten-inch diameter round valve box set at grade with a bolt-down lid labeled "IRRIGATION" and marked with a burned "D". The box is bedded on a six-inch deep layer of three-quarter-inch gravel maintaining an eight-inch minimum depth profile. A PVC drip line of one-half-inch, three-quarter-inch, or one-inch algae resistant tubing enters the box with sufficient slack to allow the end to be aimed outside. A flushing end plug is placed at the termination of all three-quarter-inch tubing.
