Piping connections for a hydronic heating or cooling coil using a two-way control valve configuration connect the coil supply and return lines to the main distribution piping with isolating valves, unions, and strainers as indicated. Flow direction arrows denote the correct routing of the hydronic fluid through the control valve and coil assembly.
