A precast concrete seatwall is supported by a cast-in-place concrete base with integrated sub-drainage piping. A top seat made of one hundred percent Forest Stewardship Council certified hardwood slats rests on a stainless steel frame anchored to the precast concrete unit. Adjacent paving meets the base of the seatwall assembly, while a planted rootball area is integrated into the central planting zone.
