A pipe passes through a wall opening lined with a steel wall sleeve, extending from the outside face of the wall to the inside face. The annular space between the pipe and the sleeve is sealed using an elastomeric seal element and pressure plate, secured with hardware. Sealant is applied at the exterior penetration interface, and insulation is installed around the pipe where applicable. Additional installation requirements are referenced in specification 220500.
