An asphalt paving section abuts a cast-in-place reinforced concrete curb that separates the roadway from a planting area. The concrete curb measures six inches wide at the top and sits on a nine-inch wide concrete base, reinforced with two epoxy-coated number four bars spaced at six inches on center. The top corner of the curb features a typical one-quarter inch radius. The asphalt paving section matches the specifications provided on drawing one of sheet L1.20.
