A precast concrete curb rests on a structural slab with a waterproofing system and rigid insulation. Concrete unit pavers are supported on a pedestal system adjacent to the curb, bedded in a six-inch mortar setting bed. A weephole is provided through the base of the curb assembly for drainage above the waterproofing layer.
