A site furnishing post is anchored to a concrete footing set below unit pavers and a compacted sub-base. The post baseplate is secured with a threaded anchor bolt embedded a minimum of 3 inches into the concrete footing. The concrete footing measures 1 foot wide by 8 inches deep, centered beneath the mount and resting on compacted crushed stone sub-base. Installation notes require all mounts to be a minimum of 12 inches from the edge of paving, with footings extending at least 6 inches from the sides of the bolt and 3 inches from the bottom.
