An irrigation manual drain assembly is housed within a ten-inch round valve box with a lock bolt and Caron-Brooks 910 or equal. The assembly features a Leemco service tee connected to a three-quarter-inch brass elbow and nipple, leading to a three-quarter-inch Ford BI133 ball valve and street elbow. A two-inch PVC Schedule 40 sleeve is notched over the valve, housing a 906L Weathermatic locking valve cap permanently attached, positioned four to six inches below grade. The entire assembly sits above an 18-inch by 18-inch by 12-inch minimum gravel sump and 90 percent compacted subgrade, supported by standard brick typical. All mainline and drain components are brass, and a valve key is provided to the owner.
