A two-inch PVC Schedule 40 wire sleeve and a larger PVC Schedule 40 sleeve measuring at least two times the interior pipe diameter are installed within a compacted trench beneath concrete paving or pavers. The trench requires a minimum depth of 18 inches below the subbase, which is sized per civil plans and specifications. Backfill material must remain free of rocks or debris larger than one inch in diameter, and no debris is permitted directly adjacent to the pipes. Disturbed or damaged landscape areas must be fully restored following installation.
