A single component stair nosing with a mill finish aluminum construction and black color inset is set into a recessed tread profile. The stair edge features a half-inch radius at the nosing corner. Dimensions specify a two-and-a-quarter-inch inset for the nosing strip, set back one inch from the front edge. Overall stair tread vertical dimensions are six inches, with a one-inch projection at the base and a quarter-inch depth for the nosing recess. Reinforcing details for the stair are sized per civil drawings.
