A 5/8-inch bent steel rod forms a cane rail with a 1-inch radius curve, extending 4 inches in height and 2 inches in diameter at the loop. The steel cane rail is secured to a PT-4 steel embed plate with 1/4-inch by 1/2-inch welds applied to either side of the steel rod. The embed plate is anchored into the concrete substrate.
