The door frame is set in a framed interior partition wall with a continuous bead of silicone sealant over a backer rod on each side of the frame as required. Backer framing, blocking, and shims are provided at the jamb as necessary to secure the assembly. A vapor retarder is installed as occurs within the wall construction, and wall finishes are applied as scheduled. The door and door frame are installed per the door schedule, with swing direction referenced from the floor plans.
