A pop-up spray sprinkler is set flush with the finish grade and connected to an underground PVC lateral pipe. A one-half-inch male pipe thread swing riser ninety-degree elbow connects the base of the sprinkler to a length of one-half-inch kink resistant flexible polyethylene tubing. The tubing connects via a three-quarter-inch male pipe thread swing riser ninety-degree elbow to a PVC schedule forty tee or elbow mounted on the PVC lateral pipe. The assembly sits twelve inches below the finish grade.
