This guardrail assembly consists of vertical 1.90-inch outer diameter schedule 40 steel pipe posts spaced at four feet on center maximum and horizontal 1.05-inch outer diameter schedule 40 steel pipe rails equally spaced. The posts are set into core-drilled holes in a concrete curb per civil plans using non-shrink grout. All steel components are hot-dipped galvanized, with all welds ground smooth and field welds cold galvanized.
