A 1.5-inch square stainless steel tubular post connects to a 2-inch by 1/2-inch thick stainless steel flat bar top rail. Five horizontal 5/8-inch diameter stainless steel bars run through the intermediate posts at a maximum spacing of 4 inches. The guardrail stands 3 feet 4 inches tall and embeds 1 foot into a reinforced concrete footing, with embedment depth varying per the grading plan. The concrete curb sits on compacted subgrade and crushed stone base.
